Strip Monopoly® Rules for 2-6 players
Warning: Any bankrupted Strip Monopoly® player loses all their clothes and will leave this game in their birthday suit. Winners may gain advantage by playing semi naked to fund the expansion of their property empire. Please play this game only if you are completely comfortable with these consequences.
Strip Monopoly® is a spicy variant of the classic Monopoly® board game which adds clothing as legal tender for purchasing property and settling debts. This UK version allows broad-minded players to derive additional enjoyment from playing Monopoly®. The primary object of the game is to win by driving your opponents into naked bankruptcy!
1. Before beginning to play Strip Monopoly®, each player values their clothes according to the following list prices. These are the only clothing categories exchangeable for cash during the game, and only one item per category is allowed.

2. Everyone should agree on the total amount of money to be allocated to players at the start of the game. This is likely to be between the standard £1,500 and £2,000 depending on the dress and bravery of the players. Cash is issued by the bank to each player to top up their clothing list value to the agreed amount so that all players start the game with equal funds.
3. Clothing is legal tender in Strip Monopoly® but may be worn only by its original owner. Clothing can be removed in any sequence and used to buy property or sold to the bank for cash to settle debts. A player may purchase any of their clothing back from the bank for its list price plus 10% at any time.
4. Play strictly follows all standard UK Monopoly® rules and conventions. If a player cannot pay a debt after selling buildings and mortgaging property, they must remove and sell sufficient clothing at list price to cover the debt. Any player in debt and unable to pay is bankrupt and must hand over all their clothes, cash and mortgaged property before leaving the game in the nude. Play continues until there is only one person left in the game – the winner!
